In this course, fundamental training methods used in wushu,
dance, pilates and yoga will be taught. The exercises will help
you to restore health and provide the body with more
flexibility, strength and stability. In addition to the basics
of Leda's flexibility and conditioning methods, there will be
extra exercises that stimulate the body to create more energy
flow and range of motion.
This class will
help you develop power and more energy through correct
alignment, proper movement and understanding your natural body
rhythm and breath. The class is recommended to those that have
taken classes with Leda in the past.
